HTG EdgeSeq workflow 

Extraction-free chemistry significantly reduces sample input requirements, preserves valuable samples and eliminates time consuming and technically challenging steps like cDNA synthesis, size selection, removal of rRNA, mRNA end repair, and adapter ligation resulting.

• Measurement and analysis of mRNA ALK gene fusion events
• For lung tumor samples from patients previously diagnosed with NSCLC
• From one 5 µm FFPE section

 

HTG EdgeSeq DLBCL Cell of Origin Assay EU

• Gene expression profiling to determine the cell of origin subtype of DLBCL tumors
• Characterization into activated B-cell like (ABC), germinal B-cell like (GCB), or unclassified subtype
• From one 5 µm FFPE section

 

2) RUO ASSAYS

HTG EdgeSeq Immune Response Panel

• Measures 2,002 immune response mRNA targets in a single RNA extraction-free panel
• Profiling of genes implicated in the immune response (pathogens, variety of autoimmune diseases) 
• Material: One 5 µm section, 500 µl of PAXgene

 

HTG EdgeSeq DLBCL Cell of Origin Assay

• Simultaneous, quantitative detection of 92 transcripts associated with B-cell lymphomas
• Characterization into activated B-cell like, germinal center B-cell like or unclassified subtype
