For analysis on Illumina platforms, sequencing libraries containing proper adapters and indexes must then be generated from short, double stranded DNA molecules. For the highest quality the library preparation method must be highly efficient and accurate and it must avoid purification or transfer steps where DNA can be los tor contaminated. And all ThruPLEX kits allow it!
